For an affordable annual fee, each member of your family will receive the preventive dental care they need, and discounts on additional procedures.

1 set of four bite-wing X-rays or an FMX as needed for an additional $50.00**
20% off of additional procedures***
*Twelve month period runs from time of your first of two annual cleaning appointments
**FMX fee is normally $130.00
